ICESAFE RAPID CLEAR

Plater Chemicals, part of the Plater Chemicals group can now offer the new formulated Icesafe Rapid Clear. After research and development work with our long established partners in Poland we are able to supply a blend of 70% Sodium Chloride : 30% Calcium Chloride Flake for use in de-icing and the prevention of glazed frost. In response of the unprecedented low temperatures experienced in recent years, Plater Chemicals are able to provide a next-day service for Rapid Clear in 25 kilo plastic bags, packed 1 tonne per pallet, all stored at our new distribution warehouse at the port of Goole, East Yorkshire.

ICESAFE PREMIUM FLAKE

After Cooperation with our long established partners in Poland, we are able to supply a flake of 77% Calcium Chloride for use in de-icing during extreme temperatures experienced in recent years.Plater will provide a next day service for Icesafe Premium Flakes in 25 kilo plastic bags packed 40 bags per pallet All product is stored at our new distribution warehouse at the port of Goole East Yorkshire.

More effective than salt with none of the dirt issues. Calcium chloride melts snow and ice effectively to -10°C. Also as it melts it releases heat giving an even better ice melting performance, without any other side issues that may arise with the use of urea.

Icesafe KF1: Is a potassium formate based de-icer, similar in performance to the potassium acetate based product, this formulation is even kinder to the environment with a lower environmental profile for use near sensitive environments such as rivers, lakes or streams.
